About
Harry Guan is a freshman at Northwestern University studying Computer Science and Trombone Performance.
Throughout high school, he has been engaged in a wide variety of writing, from winning state-level competitions in legislative essays to creative writing. During last year's college application season, he worked rigorously with many applicants on brainstorming, drafting, and finalizing their essays with distinctive elements.
He has also been thoroughly involved in music performance, having been accepted into state and national-level ensembles. He began teaching students from as early as 9th grade, with many being selected for local youth orchestras and a select few even into county and state honor ensembles.
